Memphis Garden Cafe and Grille
Surrounded by lush gardens and overlooking Graceland's peaceful lagoon, sits the full-service Memphis Garden Cafe and Grille (+ Bakeshop!). As our resort's main restaurant, Memphis Garden dishes up international, Filipino and Quezon cuisine, all with a focus on local ingredients – and a Tennessee twist that would surely have coaxed an appreciative "Thank you... Thank you very much!" from the King himself!
Take your choice of seating – an airy nook in full view of the lagoon and grounds, or a cozy table in the restaurant's air-conditioned dining room. Open our menu to discover dishes to satisfy your breakfast, lunch, dinner and merienda cravings – plates all crafted from the freshest ingredients Quezon and Graceland have to offer: fresh catmon and macopa; just-picked gumamela flowers; bagoong and atchara homemade in our kitchen; and other international, Filipino and Quezon cuisine delicacies.
Our friendly staff will gladly recommend local specialties and menu bestsellers: Sinigang na Hipon sa Buko, a traditionally sour soup, sweetened with a hint of coconut water and served in a coconut shell from the property; Pancit Buko with "noodles" crafted from coconut strips; and Kulawu, a traditional Quezon dish rarely found in restaurants – a "lost recipe" reminiscent of something your lola may have made, distinguished by its smoky flavor, coconut undertones and distinctive banana leaves. And that's just to name a few.
Of course, the Memphis Garden wouldn't deserve its name if it didn't tempt the palate with a touch of Tennessee. Our kitchen whips up a breakfast dish Elvish would have loved: fluffy pancakes, topped with caramelized bananas and bacon, and served with a side of peanut butter cream sauce – an homage to the King's favorite peanut butter and banana sandwich.
All menu items are available for room service delivery. Our Memphis Garden venues offer indoor space for small meetings, as well as an outdoor extension ideal for group gatherings and celebrations.
